(2007 - 2015) I joined Hershey in 2007 as a Technical Recruiter. Over the course of my tenure, I was promoted 5 times in 8 years. Prior to leaving, I was leading Talent Acquisition Operations across in-house, contract and RPO teams of up to 30 people in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Asia.
Founded & Sold a Recruiting software & Consulting COMPANY
(2015 - 2017) In October of 2015, I left Hershey to pursue an idea that I had for an interview software platform and to broaden my skillset. The platform I built allowed Recruiters to develop interview guides in 3-5 minutes for any position. This empowered Hiring Managers to ask better interview questions and hire better people. After two years, HireBar was acquired by RIVS Inc - the leading video interview company in the industry.
Led A team of consultANTs advising TA Leaders on recruiting technology innovation
(2017 - 2018) After HireBar was acquired, I joined Cielo, the world's leading RPO, to run their Technology Enablement team. This team implemented and supported a wide variety of HR technologies across 100+ clients globally. In the short time that I was with Cielo, I served as a technology advisor to recruiting leaders and built program management strategies to scale our services globally across the ATSs and CRMs that we supported.
